  • All prices posted are using the Philippine Peso (PHP) currency.

5. Do you ship outside the Philippines?

  • Yes, we do accept orders from other countries. Payments made should be done via bank deposit or PayPal.

For customers paying via credit card and PayPal, an e-mail confirming the purchase shall be sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the form, upon completion of the payment process.

Those customers opting to pay via bank deposit will receive an e-mail confirmation in their e-mail addresses after we receive and verify the bank deposit details. The bank deposit slip shall serve as proof of payment.

  • Money Transfer

Those customers who would like to pay via money transfer will receive an e-mail confirmation in their e-mail addresses after we receive and verify the money transfer details. The money transfer receipt shall serve as a proof of payment.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


                  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please know if you purchase a sale item, and would like to make an exchange, there is a possibility another size may not be in stock, or may not be available again.

                    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

There's a problem with my order. What do I do?

  •  If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us info@snh-fashion.com Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well. We will make sure to replace it for you at no extra cost.

How do I return/ exchange my order?

  •   Please get in touch with us at info@snh-fashion.com for return procedure. Please include your invoice before packing your items in order to avoid delays in processing your return.

How long is the return process?

  •    We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been picked up.

Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange items or online store credit, the shipping fee of the exchange item is shoulder by the customer.
